The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, estimate, or written agreement between you and DockSyde. If anything in those documents conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Estimates and proposals

Any pricing, audit, or estimate shared through this website or in a proposal is an estimate, not a binding quote, and may be adjusted based on final project scope. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope and terms in writing.

Use of this website

You agree not to:

Payment

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, and SEO continue until cancelled in accordance with that agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

Third-party services

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties
