When someone’s floors need refinishing, they search, they read reviews, and they call whoever earns their trust first. Floors Restored needed to be that first result, and to get there without leaning on paid clicks.
DockSyde focused on the two channels that drive home-services leads. On the website, we optimized titles, meta descriptions, headings, and structured data so the site could win more of the searches that signal real buying intent, and we built out coverage for non-branded demand across Livonia, Detroit, and the surrounding cities. On the map, we managed the Google Business Profile end to end: profile optimization, citation building, and replies to all 84 reviews, holding the listing at a 4.88-star rating and a top-five average position in the local pack.
